As part of the European Youth Week, the Académie Notre Europe, in partnership with Cité des Chances, is organising a European institutional simulation on 29 April 2026 (1:00–5:30 pm)!

The concept:
Take on the role of an MEP or a minister from an EU Member State and take part in negotiations on a key issue: the decarbonisation of the transport sector.
Objectives
- Understand how European institutions work
- Explore political dynamics and the legislative process
- Develop your negotiation and public speaking skills
Expert insight
The simulation will conclude with a discussion with Isabelle Coustet, Head of the European Parliament Liaison Office in France, who will comment on the outcome of the simulation, share insights into the EU legislative process, and answer participants’ questions.
