Commercial and Industrial Europe Session – Europa Experience

The EU-Mercosur agreement, reindustrialisation, innovation deficit… The European Union is currently facing huge challenges in strengthening its competitiveness and establishing its sovereignty. On 13 December, the 2024-2025 class of the Académie Notre Europe met at Europa Expérience in Paris to reflect on these major issues.
On this occasion, we had the honour of welcoming Thierry Breton, former European Commissioner for the Internal Market, alongside Enrico Letta, President of the Jacques Delors Institute. In addition to sharing his views on European industrial power, Thierry Breton gave a real lesson in leadership to the hundred or so young people present on site and online.
