Alumni General Meeting

At their general meeting, the alumni of the Notre Europe Academy celebrated a dynamic year marked by major events, strong cohesion and unwavering commitment.

On the 6th of October, the 2025 general meeting of the Notre Europe Academy alumni association was held. The agenda included a review of the past year by Michael Galeano, president of the association from 2023 to 2025. This year was rich in events, including EYE 2025 in Strasbourg – whose crisis simulation won the award for best activity! – the Paris Peace Forum, the Careers webinar, the United Nations Conference on the Oceans, after-work events organised after each session, and many other events! The alumni have successfully promoted the association and brought together former students of the Academy.

This general meeting was also an opportunity to elect a new board. The ‘Interpromotion’ list, composed of members from different cohort of the Academy, won the election. This list represents the diversity and richness of backgrounds and nationalities that make up the Academy. Some are in Pisa, others in Washington, Lille, Paris, etc. The aim is to maintain the bond created by the Academy through various events and social occasions.

The new committee’s plans include a mentoring scheme aimed at strengthening solidarity between different cohorts, webinars to explain European news, and greater visibility on social media to reach a diverse audience.

Congratulations to the outgoing committee for all the work they have done over the past two years, and welcome to the new Interpromotion committee for this promising new term !
